As with all Collings guitars quality abounds, this one being from the time of Bill Collings, features a set of the finest Indian Rosewood and Sitka Spruce. The sunburst on this guitar is masterfully executed. While this guitar excels as a finger style instrument, it is an absolute flat pickers dream with girth, a beautiful jangle and spectacular clarity. With a 1 11/16" nut width and 25.5" scale length it is a fast picker with just the right tension on its medium strings to stand out from the crowd. This guitar has a strap button installed on the heel of the neck, there is a bit of finish bubbling on the back and a small ding at the headstock.
