Exchanges & Returns
Every instrument we sell is carefully selected and professionally set up. We want you to feel confident in your purchase — and to end up with the right instrument for you.
For that reason, we offer a 48-hour approval period.
Please contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of confirmed delivery if you would like to arrange an exchange or return.
Exchanges
We always prefer to help you find the right fit.
If the instrument isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist you in moving into another in-stock piece within the 48-hour window. Any price difference will be applied accordingly.
We provide a prepaid return label (and UPS pick-up service upon request). The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange credit.
Returns
If you decide on a refund instead:
• Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• Refunds are issued less outbound shipping costs and payment processing fees
• We provide a prepaid return label; the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
• Please allow 7–10 business days for inspection and processing once received
Condition
Returned instruments must be in saleable, 100% original condition, including:
• Original case
• All packaging materials
• All included accessories and paperwork
Instruments that show wear, damage, modification, or missing materials may be subject to an adjustment, assessed at our discretion.
Final Sale
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Custom or special orders
• Modified instruments
• Layaways
• International purchases
• Electronics (including amplifiers and pedals)
• Accessories and apparel
• Purchases involving trades
• Closeout or discounted items
• Items marked “non-returnable”
