Nothing sounds as ethereal as a 12 string. It's just a wonderful chorusing sound reminiscent of other unison strung instruments like mandolin. There are just so many songs with that sound, when you hear it you just wan't to play them. FYI, this guitar was dropped and repaired, see photos.
