By the 1950s, everything from clothing to toys to candy had been offered to consumers using imagery of dust-blown frontier towns, singing cowboys high upon a steed, and buckskin-clad hombres spinning a six-shooter. In the music-instrument biz, the Gretsch Company – underdog in the burgeoning market for electric guitars – couldn’t be faulted for delving into trendy gimmickry with the model 6130 Round-Up. This reissue is in Excellent Condition with no fret wear and comes with its original hard shell case.

This mint condition 2021 custom OMS cutaway combines a slotted headstock, 1 13/16" nut and a 25.5” scale neck to recreate a classic design coveted by fingerstylists – and not a few flatpickers. For superior tone, we selected the Cocobolo and Redwood top at the Bourgeois shop and also chose appointments like the Koa binding, DB Signature Herringbone purfling and Snakewood Waverly tuners. It comes with a hard shell case.

From the moment you wear it on a strap, comfort and balance greet you. Quick tone change switches give instant access to useful on-the-fly sounds. When you're ready to take that solo, you can simply flick the bass and treble switches to the boost position, knowing full well that when you're finished, that original sound is just a click away. Like most Alembic basses, Europas are quite happy in a variety of musical settings. Turn the low-pass filters down to 300Hz for deep tones suitable for blues. Turned up to 6KHz, there's plenty of zing for slap or driving rock technique with a pick. Versatility puts the tone control in your heart and your hands. Europa controls are volume, pan, filter, Q switch, bass boost/cut switch, treble boost/cut switch. The quick tone switches are bass and treble and are not individual switches for the pickups. Each switch provides 6db boost, flat, and 6db cut. This bass is in Very Good to Excellent condition and functions perfectly. W/HSC

Sold2006 Running Dog Brazilian Small Jumbo
This is a beautiful hand built guitar by Rick Davis. It is one of the last ones that he built while living in Vermont before relocating to Seattle with his wife, renowned luthier Cat Fox. We have listed the spec sheet but that does not do it justice. The guitar is in excellent condition and features Brazilian Rosewood and Adirondack Red Spruce. It has a pretty chunky one-piece neck that has a Martin-style V shape and a 1 13/16” nut width. The fingerboard inlays are cute little maple leaves and the workmanship on this guitar is top-notch. It comes with a hard shell case.

This beautifully appointed OM is in very good to excellent with no dings or dents but shows signs of some solid use. It plays and sounds great! The stylish design of the 42 Series adds panache to the classic tone and feel of East Indian rosewood back and sides, a spruce scalloped X-braced top, and hand-fit dovetail neck joint. Open geared tuners, antique white binding, polished gloss finish, a tortoise colored pickguard and abalone pearl inlay offer shimmer with exemplary tone. Long scale and a sleek modified low-oval neck with narrow taper mean strumming and picking for hours in comfort and bliss. It comes with its original hard shell case.
Sold1993 Lowden S7 (O body)
This is an incredible sounding Lowden with a clear, warm, broken-in tone. Built in Newtownards, NI. This is an O size body. In the name S7, the S stands for Swietenia Mahogany for the mahogany used on the back and sides. The modern day S models are the small bodied models. It is in very good condition with just some normal signs of play and has just received a neck reset and fret-level so it plays as great as it sounds! It is gig ready with an installed pickup. w/ locking hard shell case

This beautiful guitar from Del Langejans is in excellent condition with only the lightest signs of play. It sounds rich and full like a grand piano! BIG BODY, BIG TONE...The Gran Majesto is a semi-hollow, big body guitar with slim 45mm sides, double F-Holes and a floating transparent pickguard.
