SoldBourgeois OM Country Boy Touchstone Series
Crafted from some of the finest tonewoods in its class, the Touchstone Country Boy features a one-piece Honduran Mahogany neck, Honduran Mahogany back and sides, and a hand-voiced, old-growth Sitka Spruce top. This guitar is crafted with Bourgeois’ signature attention-to-detail. Drawing on his half-century of experience as a luthier, Dana and his team carefully select each old-growth Alaskan Sitka Spruce soundboard by hand before bracing it with Adirondack Spruce harvested from deep in northern forests of Maine. The magic of the Touchstone Series comes from Dana’s renown system of hand-voicing. Over the last 50 years he has refined this old-world technique and is now recognized worldwide as a foremost authority on guitar-top voicing. The newest addition to the Bourgeois Touchstone family is based on one of the most successful models ever to come out of the Lewiston workshop—the Country Boy. This vintage-inspired workhorse is meticulously handcrafted with the specific aim of providing musicians best-in-class attention to detail, tone, and playability. Sold2020 Bourgeois OMS Country Boy Professional Series
The OMS recreates a classic design coveted by fingerstylists – and not a few flatpickers. This one sounds really great and is in excellent condition with lightest signs of play on the pick guard but otherwise looks super-clean. It comes with a hard shell case. It is very comfortable to play and sports a long scale, 1 ¾” nut width and a 2 5/16” bridge spacing. Twelve fret OO’s place the bridge in the widest sweetest part of the guitar’s top and makes the guitar very warm and responsive. The long scale retains the OM’s snappy tension and tone. It comes with a deluxe hard shell case.

Sold2014 Bourgeois 0 Vintage
We love the O size guitar for comfort and clarity and the combination of Adirondack Spruce and East Indian Rosewood gives this little beauty an extra warm tone. Vintage Style Herringbone Border w/ Back Purfling and Ziricote Head Veneer lend an elegant touch to this fine instrument and its short scale neck with a 1 3/4" nut width plays like butter. To top it all off, there is a K&K pure mini pickup installed! It is in very good condition with medium fret wear, a few dings and dents here and there along with a decent bit of wear on the back of the neck, likely from capos or rings on fingers and a good bit of pick wear on the pick guard from strumming. There is also one small crack between the fretboard and soundhole. Has easy to play action and has a nice healthy saddle height. Comes with a deluxe hard shell case.
SoldBourgeois Custom OMC Deep Body Country Boy HS
This is a custom build featuring Sinker Mahogany and Aged Tone Adirondack Spruce on a Deep Body OM Cutaway. It has a 1 23/32" narrow nut width and a long 25.5" scale length, and a LR Baggs Anthem pickup installed at the Bourgeois shop.

This Custom cutaway OO has everything you need to make beautiful music! The Ghost Flower headstock inlay and other appointments like 1930's style purfling, Abalone Slotted Squares and Diamonds fretboard inlay, ebony pins with abalone dots and Waverly Nickel Oval tuners indicate that this is on ordinary OO. The Aged Tone Bearclaw Figured Sitka Spruce and premium East Indian Rosewood give this guitar fantastic, responsive tone and the 1 23/32" nut, short scale and cutaway make it a dream to play. Here is a video we made of our visit to the Bourgeois factory in Lewiston, Maine. We interviewed Dana Bourgeois about his guitar philosophy and juxtaposed those words with video of his small crew hand crafting these fine guitars. As you can see, it is like something from the old days, so much hand crafting and attention to the details. At each step in the guitar construction process skilled luthiers carefully complete their task. Whether it be carving, sanding, stringing and setup each stage requires experience and care. This is what makes these Bourgeois guitars so great.
While Bourgeois has broadened their global reach through their Eastman collaboration called the Touchstone series, all other series such as the Professional, Heirloom, Legacy, Agetone etc... are completely hand crafted in the USA at the Lewiston factory under the watchful eye of Dana Bourgeois.
