  • 2018 Collings D2H G | German Spruce & East Indian Rosewood
    Sold

    2018 Collings D2H G | German Spruce & East Indian Rosewood

This 2018 Collings D2H G features premium German Spruce top and East Indian Rosewood back and sides. It is in excellent and comes with a deluxe TKL Collings case. 1 3/4" Nut & 2 3/16" Saddle Spacing This guitar has a wonderful mature tone, with extraordinary balance and articulation. The German spruce gives it great clarity and even though the D2H G is a top shelf flat pick guitar, I found this to be a sweet sounding instrument fingerpicked. The Collings Modified V neck shape feels like an extremely comfortable C with just enough V to fit the crook of ones hand. The full gloss neck, combined with the handsome Collings volute and sharp headstock angles give this dreadnought an elegant, refined look. In summary, this D2H G holds true to Collings reputation for refinement and top shelf quality. Nice low action, light pinky cuticle wear on the pick-guard, lots of meat on the saddle. This guitar has been babied by its one owner. Little to no fret-wear and one microscopic ding in the finish at the upper left bout.
  • 1967 Rickenbacker 365 OD Fireglo S
    Sold

    1967 Rickenbacker 365 OD Fireglo S

This 365 has that 60's sound that really can’t be achieved from any other make of electric guitar The 365 was the secret ingredient in countless hits of the ’60s and beyond. Even Bob Weir used one back in the Grateful Dead’s early days. Features include a laminated maple/mahogany/maple “through neck”, Bubinga fingerboard with shark’s-tooth inlays, 24.75-inch scale length, two single-coil “toaster top” pickups and Rick-O-Sound wiring with stereo and mono outputs. This guitar was once converted to a 12 string and has been masterfully restored to its original 6 string configuration. There are no drill holes as the luthier replaced the headstock overlay. This guitar is in excellent condition, sounds just great, has nice low action and no issues. It comes with a non-original gig bag.

  • 1969 Gibson SG Junior with Vibrola
    Sold

1969 Gibson SG Junior with Vibrola

Wow! This thing is cool. This real 1969 Gibson SG Junior features the Vibrola bridge and is in great shape for a guitar of its year. Super easy to play and my favorite thing about this guitar is the pickup. That solitary P90 is Punchy with a capital P. I put it straight into a little tube amp and it provided plenty of signal to overdrive the amp into a quite exciting tone. Overall a super fun and exciting SG Junior w/ Vibrola. Comes with a Gibson hard shell case.
  • 1970 Fender Telecaster Blonde
    Sold

    1970 Fender Telecaster Blonde

If you are a Telecaster lover this guitar is for you. This Blonde 1970 Telecaster has a wonderful tone and feel. It is in very good to excellent condition for a guitar of that year and is a total jaw dropper. I love the look of this guitar with the ash tray installed and it actually serves a nice practical purpose as it is more comfortable to rest ones hand on it rather than the intonation pole-pieces. This guitar also features a super nice neck, quite comfortable and appears to have a gloss finish. This is an absolute keeper, will not last long in our inventory and will be sorely missed when it is sold and gone. Comes with a new deluxe G&G case with gold crushed velvet interior.
  • 2006 Bourgeois Bryan Sutton Banjo Killer 11 of 30
    Sold

2006 Bourgeois Bryan Sutton Banjo Killer 11 of 30

This is the quintessential Dana Bourgeois Banjo Killer. Banjo Killer was coined by Bluegrass guitar legend Bryan Sutton to describe the loud and cutting tone of the Banjo Killer. In 2006 they did a run of 30 Banjo Killers signed by Bryan Sutton. This guitar features premium wood throughout. Brazilian RW bridge, fingerboard and bridge plate (for that extra cutting sound). Beautiful Bearclaw Sitka top and figured Mahogany back and sides. Although you might think of this as a premium flat picking instrument, this guitar sounds absolutely beautiful fingerpicked. Comes with the original hard shell case and has an ebony strap button installed at the heel. Why I love this guitar: The tone is crisp, warm, mature and you don't have to put much force into it to get it really ringing. Many guitars have a fundamental resonance of a-flat but this one sings at a low G making the G chords and scales absolutely boom and sing. Light fretwear under the B string at the first five frets, and light pickwear on the pickguard. There are signs of slight fingernail wear in the fingerboard where one frets the G and D chords. Along with the usual signs of gentle handling of a well loved guitar. No visible dings or dents of note. This guitar is awesome!
  • 2021 Iris DF Burst | Sinker Mahogany & Sitka Spruce
    Sold

2021 Iris DF Burst | Sinker Mahogany & Sitka Spruce

It is not often that you find Sinker Mahogany on a guitar at this price point. This DF slope shoulder dreadnought features a comfy short scale 25" scale length and 1 3/4" nut width. The neck is a modern C neck with no V to it whatsoever. This guitar has a larger than life sound, both loud and meaty, the Sinker Mahogany has a wonderfully crisp tone with the warmth and richness of Mahogany with the balance of a rosewood. Little wonder that Sinker Mahogany is both rare and highly sought after. This particular cut of Sinker has a beautiful straight wood grain pattern and it is nicely book matched. Another fine feature of this guitar is the sunburst with the fire-stripe pick-guard. If you are not familiar with Iris guitars, they are based out of Burlington, VT and their small team of luthiers produce guitars utilizing premium materials but at budget prices. Comes with original TKL hard shell case. Condition: This guitar is in excellent condition, with super light fret-wear at the cowboy chord position and some light pick-wear on the pick-guard. The finish is a little funky where they adhered the pick-guard under the strings near the bridge and I was told it came from the factory like that and when asked about it the factory said there was little to nothing that could be done about it.

  • 1988 Guild F50 Rosewood
    Sold

    1988 Guild F50 Rosewood

This iconic 1988 Guild F50 has a an iconic Jumbo sound and with the balance of Indian Rosewood with the articulation of this fine Sitka Spruce top. It is our understanding that the F50 is differentiated from the F30 model by the higher grade of tone woods and an Ebony fingerboard and bridge rather than the rosewood fingerboard and bridge found on the F30. This is an iconic model is often associated with Bonnie Rait and Guns n' Roses. Overall, the condition is what you might expect of a well loved guitar 30 plus years old. There is checking in the finish, a few dings and dents here and there along with the presence of nail markings in the fretboard where the cowboy chords were fretted. For this reason I would describe the overall condition as very good. There is light fret-wear with lots of life left in the frets, the action is nice medium low and the sound is big! Comes with original hard shell case.

  • 2021 Taylor GTe Urban Ash
    Sold

    2021 Taylor GTe Urban Ash

An exciting new entry into the world of acoustic-electric guitars, the GTe Urban Ash debuts a new body shape that’s sure to inspire players of all skill levels with its compact frame, accommodating feel, and robust acoustic voice. The GT (Grand Theater) features a scaled-down body that echoes the jumbo curves of our Grand Orchestra shape, with its dimensions reduced to create a remarkably approachable feel. The innovation extends to the GT’s interior architecture, built on a new asymmetrical bracing design called C-Class bracing. This new sonic structure brings the tonal benefits of V-Class bracing to the smaller GT body shape, producing more volume and longer sustain while also bolstering the GT’s bass response to surprising levels of low-end power from a smaller guitar. This model takes its name from the solid Urban Ash that composes its back and sides, which serve up a rich, shimmering midrange accented by pristine highs. Visually, the GT is appointed with modest details such as a three-ring koa rosette and Pinnacle inlays in Italian acrylic, preserving its accessible price point and clean aesthetic. A super-thin, water-based matte finish, paired with an Urban Sienna stain for the back and sides, reflects a dusky, alluring visual character, preserving the wood’s visual texture and allowing the player to feel the grain through the finish. Onboard ES2 electronics provide quick plug-and-play functionality when you need amplified sound. This model includes a sturdy, lightweight AeroCase™ for easy, safe transport.
