Used c1969 Vintage Fender Tele Bass

Where it all started, the Fender Tele Bass launched the era of the Fender Bass. This classic design not only looks cool, it sounds cool too. This one has a body that is from approximately 1969 with similarly vintage pots, pickup and some original hardware. The neck is a brand new official Fender produced neck, pickguard and tuning machines. The markings on the inside the neck pocket were sanded off at some point, so getting a precise date is difficult, but with the coloration and condition of the paint along with the date codes on the pots it does, some parts appear to be from the late 60s. This is a great player with a classic sound and a nice vintage chunky neck to wrap your hand around. We strung this one with flat wound strings to impart that vintage vibe and to complement its warm and rich tone. Comes with a deluxe gig bag.
