The Dreadnought shape produces a robust voice with a powerful lower register, which adds authority to the 12-string’s shimmering character. The sapele/mahogany wood pairing yields a clear, woody and dry midrange that’s emphasized with the mahogany top. The mahogany also helps unify the volume balance across the tonal spectrum. Players can expect an exceptionally clear and powerful 12-string sound with smooth string-to-string balance. Taylor’s Expression System® 2 electronics bring all that acoustic detail into a dynamic amplified sound for performance and recording. Earthy, neo-vintage aesthetic touches include a shaded edgeburst, satin finish, and black pickguard. Sold2021 Taylor K24ce Builders Edition
This Grand Auditorium K24ce is with all-solid Hawaiian koa with V-Class bracing under the hood. Designed to optimize the player’s experience with a handful of ergonomic features, this model includes a double-contoured cutaway for easy playing all the way down to the highest frets, along with a smooth armrest that takes the pressure off the player’s strumming arm. It ships with ES2 electronics in a deluxe hardshell case. It is near mint condition but shows very minor fret wear and one very small ding on the back of one of the points of the headstock.

In this 814ce, the classic tonewood combination of Indian rosewood and Sitka spruce still delivers its characteristic blend of warmth, low-end presence and high-range sparkle, elevated to new heights by V-Class bracing. Notes sustain longer, allowing rosewood’s rich overtones to bloom with more clarity than ever, and the advanced bracing scheme introduces greater power and tunefulness across the entire tonal spectrum for a rich and expressive sound. New features include a radius-style rosewood armrest and smoked nickel tuners, along with 800 Series standard appointments such as a smoky ebony fretboard sourced from Taylor’s Crelicam mill in Cameroon, maple binding, rosewood edge trim, an abalone rosette edged with rosewood, and mother-of-pearl Element fretboard and peghead inlays.
