The Taylor Koa Series guitars include the K24ce, the K24ce Builders Edition and K14ce amongst others. Koa is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful guitar tone woods on the planet, making wonderful guitar tops as-well as back and sides. Koa is has a golden heugh that is striking in a straight grained piece and totally stunning in a curly variety. The tone is somewhere between Mahogany and Indian Rosewood with a rich mid-frequency but also a wonderful balance. The tone is like your toes in the warm sand of Hawaii as the waves roll in. Simply magical.
