A beautiful sounding and playing jazz box, this guitar features a carved curly maple back and sides along with a superb carved spruce top and gorgeous ebony fingerboard. The wooden appointments from tailpiece to knobs and even the tuning pegs give this guitar a natural elegance. The tone is meaty and rich with plenty of articulation. The neck is comfortable and with nice easy action. The hum-bucking pickup is clear and punchy with plenty of volume. No amplification is required for this guitar to sound perfectly musical as it has a lovely acoustic tone. This instrument is missing the original pick-guard but is in excellent overall condition as it was handled gently over the years. Comes with hard shell case as pictured.
